Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and requires a 70% deposit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the order is cancelled after 5 days, commencing the next day of the receipt date. A 40% restocking fee will be applied after 30 days; commencing the next day of the receipt date, if the order is cancelled or if the order is returned/exchanged.

Hudson Madison cannot hold special ordered merchandise for more than five working days. If delivery is not arranged or the goods are not picked up, Hudson Madison reserves the right to ship the product to a storage facility at the customer’s expense – contact a sales associate for more details in this regard.

Hudson Madison reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time.

Customers will be offered a full refund not including any shipping charges,(by original form of payment), credit note or exchange on any regular priced merchandise within one week of purchase.
